Adult Education promotes independence and builds essential skills through structured activities and hands-on learning in horticulture and animal care.
Art Without Limits fosters creative self-expression through immersive art education, inspiring participants to showcase their talents in local exhibitions and engage in entrepreneurship.
Daily outings offer opportunities to engage in volunteerism, consumerism, farming, exercise, and socialization and soft skills while fostering independence in the community.
Workforce Development connects participants with competitive, integrated employment that aligns with their strengths, and provides ongoing on-the-job support through Supported Employment (SE).
Our Job Readiness Program equips adults with disabilities with the tools they need to succeed in today’s workforce through resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette training.

Our "Participant of the Month" program celebrates the successes of individuals across all program areas by recognizing one participant each month who has demonstrated exceptional growth, engagement, or community involvement. This initiative celebrates their unique contributions and achievements.
Annie is one of the kindest and most caring people you’ll ever meet. She always goes out of her way to make others feel included and valued. Novembers farmer of the month for Macomb is Nathan Young, he has been nothing but a massive help with gardening and other farm tasks and always has a positive attitude.
Veronica is full of energy, laughter, and love! She’s always the first to share a smile or a funny story, making the art studio a place full of joy. Her friendships mean the world to her, and she loves using her artistic talents to make handmade gifts that spread happiness to others. Veronica’s creativity shines through in everything she does, from rolling the most colorful clay beads to designing thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for her friends. Her vibrant spirit and contagious laughter bring life to the studio every day. We’re so proud of all her amazing work and the positivity she shares with everyone!
Rachel Donetti is our Supported Employee of the Month. Rachel recently celebrated 2 years at Ssweet Bakery. Rachel came to Dutton Farm with a desire to work in retail, but the WFD team saw more potential in her. She was introduced to new employment opportunities, but one stood above the rest. A new local bakery was looking for front-counter help, and Rachel fell in love with the spot during her interview. A month later, and Rachel was hired as a Service Associate and now serves the community one day a week! As we give thanks this month, we are thankful to partner with local small businesses who understand and embody the mission of Dutton Farm!
